The Community Service and Environmental Development Sector – General Administration for Environmental Projects at Port Said University organized a series of awareness seminars for students of the following faculties:
Management Technology and Information Systems
Faculty of Education
Faculty of Early Childhood Education
Faculty of Nursing
The seminars were held from May 6 to 12, 2025, in cooperation with the Port Said Media Complex, affiliated with the Central Administration for Media in the Canal and Sinai. The initiative aimed to promote values of belonging and citizenship and raise students’ awareness of the importance of Egyptian national security.
Presenters included:
Major General Badri Farid – Former Military Advisor to the Governor of Port Said and hero of the October War
Sheikh Mohamed El-Hadidi – Senior Imam at the Port Said Directorate of Religious Endowments
Media personality Ali El-Farmawy – Senior Broadcaster at Suez Canal TV
Ms. Samah Hamed – Director of the Port Said Media Complex
